Sandwell Aquatics Club Spring into Regionals invites swimmers and coaches to race with purpose in a qualification-focused meet designed to challenge\, inspire\, and elevate performance. \n\n\n\nSet in the iconic 50m pool at Sandwell Aquatics Centre\, the home of the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games\, this meet offers a championship-level environment that rewards commitment\, focus\, and race execution. It’s a stage where training is tested\, margins are sharpened\, and regional ambitions move within reach. \n\n\n\nAcross an inclusive yet performance-driven programme\, swimmers will have the chance to push for qualification standards\, build confidence under pressure\, and gain valuable experience racing in a world-class venue. For coaches\, Spring into Regionals provides the ideal platform to assess progress\, refine race strategies\, and prepare athletes for the demands of the next level. \n\n\n\nThis is more than a meet — it’s a moment in the season to step up\, race boldly\, and spring into the regional phase with intent. \n\n\n\n\nEvent Day Logistics\n\nResults\n\n\n\nWithdrawal\n\n\n\nFeedback\n\n\n\n\n\nFiliming\n\n\n\nNo filming is permitted from the spectator gallery. If you do want to film from poolside for a you MUST complete the photo/filming consent form below and give to the lead referee. You MUST present your photos/videos to the Referee before the end of the relevant session. \n\n\n\n\n\nSpectator Tickets\n\n\nWe warmly encourage parents\, family members\, and supporters to come along and cheer on the team. Your support plays a huge role in creating a positive and motivating atmosphere for our swimmers. \n\nSpectator Tickets can be purchased on the day. £6.00 per session\, £10.00 for a full day. \n\nIMPORTANT: There is no onsite parking. It provides a supportive introduction to racing\, teamwork\, and gala environments\, helping children build confidence\, skills\, and a love for the sport before progressing to higher-level competitions. \n\n\n\nGala Details\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTomorrow is the first round of the Nuneaton Junior League Gala being held at Newbold Comyn Leisure centre\, Leamington\, CV32 4EW.  \n\n\n\nThe warm up is at 6:00pm with the gala starting at 6:30pm. Please can swimmers be at the pool for 5:45pm. \n\n\n\nThere is a large car park at the centre which is free.  \n\n\n\nSandwell will be in lane 3. This league provides an exciting\, team-based racing environment that supports swimmer development while building confidence and club spirit.  \n\n\n\nRound 3 Gala Details\n\n\n\nWe are taking part in Gala 12 at Tudor Grange Leisure Centre on Saturday 28th March 2026. Swimmers will be selected from eligible squads for each round\, giving many athletes the opportunity to represent the club. If you have received an invite\, accept or decline in Swim Manager – We would love to have a full team representing Sandwell for the first gala of 2026. If you are unable to attend due to prior arrangements\, please decline the invite asap so another child has the opportunity to swim. \n\n\n\nWarm up starts at 4.30pm sharp\, so please can I ask for everyone to be on poolside for no later than 4.15pm.   \n\n\n\nThe teams competing in this gala along with Sandwell  are Broadway\, Stourbridge and  Redditch.  \n\n\n\nDue to the limited space available poolside can I ask for small bags poolside only please.  Swimmers need a towel\, spare hat and goggles\, a Sandwell (or a plain Black / Red) T-shirt to keep them warm and plenty to drink.  \n\n\n\nSpectator Tickets\n\n\n\nWe warmly encourage parents\, family members\, and supporters to come along and cheer on the team. Your support plays a huge role in creating a positive and motivating atmosphere for our swimmers. The camp is designed to keep our junior swimmers active and engaged over the Easter break\, with a strong focus on skill development\, confidence in the water and high-quality coaching in a fun\, supportive environment.
