Our Swimming Squads
We have athletes regularly competing at all levels of competition whilst promoting and instilling important personal skills in our athletes that help them perform and reach their individual potential both in and out of the pool.

Foundation Squad
We teach swimmers between Stage 1 and 8 to develop not only their swimming skills, but also introduce the idea of competitive skills that will aid them as they move forward into our junior and competitive swimming squads.
Junior Skills Squad
This squad acts as an introduction to competitive swimming and a chance for swimmers to continue their swimming journey as part of our squad programs.
Junior Advanced Squad
In this squad swimmers will continue work to develop the competitive skills they had been introduced to in Junior Skills.
County Development Squad
These swimmers will have a good level of skill development in all strokes and should be working at a county standard or towards county qualifications as an annual goal.
Regional Development Squad
In this squad swimmers should be working toward or at a Regional Standard, with a minimum of 4 County Qualification times (including 200 IM).
Performance Squad
Swimmers in the Performance Squad should ideally be at a Regional standard competitively, working towards Regional and/or National qualifications.
