The Foundation Squad consists of three stages, Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced. This will be expanded in the near future to include stages 1-4, allowing us to deliver a comprehensive learner program to sit underneath our squad program.
Within our Foundation Squad, we teach swimmers between Stage 3 and 8 to develop not only their swimming skills, but also introduce the idea of competitive skills that will aid them as they move forward into our competitive swimming squads.
We have a group of attentive and skilled teachers, (all qualified as Swim England Level 2 swim teachers) who aim to create a good foundation of swimming technique and knowledge for the swimmers in the club.
