2026 Spring Into Regionals LC open

Meet Details

March 21 @ 8:00 am March 22 @ 5:00 pm

Spring is a turning point in the season where preparation meets opportunity. Sandwell Aquatics Club Spring into Regionals invites swimmers and coaches to race with purpose in a qualification-focused meet designed to challenge, inspire, and elevate performance.

Set in the iconic 50m pool at Sandwell Aquatics Centre, the home of the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, this meet offers a championship-level environment that rewards commitment, focus, and race execution. It’s a stage where training is tested, margins are sharpened, and regional ambitions move within reach.

Across an inclusive yet performance-driven programme, swimmers will have the chance to push for qualification standards, build confidence under pressure, and gain valuable experience racing in a world-class venue. For coaches, Spring into Regionals provides the ideal platform to assess progress, refine race strategies, and prepare athletes for the demands of the next level.

This is more than a meet — it’s a moment in the season to step up, race boldly, and spring into the regional phase with intent.
