There are different roles and opportunities available within Sandwell Aquatics to suit everyone’s skills and passions – if you are willing to volunteer your time then we can find you a role!
For the fun and laughter
We always need volunteers to help when we attend events & open meets and when we host our own. Each volunteer performs a critical role, ensuring that events are run well & enjoyed by all.
Being a volunteer is a fun and rewarding experience – no doubt your swimmer will be proud that you are also taking part in an event!
A role to suit everyone
The following volunteer roles are available: –
- Team Manager
- Chaperone
- PA/Announcer
- Poolside set-up
- Door/Entry table
- Raffle
- Club meet and greet
- Marshalls
- Results recorder
- Results/Meet runner
- Medal table reps
- Poolside Refreshments
Would you like to be part of the team in white?
We are a big and ever-expanding Club & we need your help! We enter lots of competitions, leagues and open meets, and as many of our members as possible get to represent us by wearing the red & black swim hat that we’re all so proud of!
At any event that we compete in we need to provide Officials -those pesky devils dressed in white that have the unenviable job of making sure the rules are followed!
